Cannot say enough great things about this clinic. We had an emergency on a holiday weekend with our 15 year old dog. We were greeted at the door by a mature, well spoken technician , information quickly taken and then placed in a private room with a sofa , chair, soothing music , dog treats with a blanket and saw the vet within 25 minutes . She was extremely knowledgeable and kind , performed a physical, drew blood and had the results back within the hour . Total time spent 90 minutes , Walked out with medications in hand and a great follow up plan . The lobby had free water , coffee, snacks and charging stations. This place sets the bar for small animal clinics in Lexington quite high. Would definitely recommend 💯

They took exceptional care of my little Termite (special needs kitten) who became ill late Saturday night on the July 4th weekend. We were the 2nd animal arrival on Sunday morning. Took us right in and did a Very careful and thorough evaluation of her situation. Sent us home with a clear treatment plan, and while there under her initial treatment she started to rally which really helped MY stress levels! Highly recommend.

We didn’t have to wait at all. Got us right into an exam room. Misha was a total pro. Dr. K had our dog X-rayed and blood work done super quick. They figured out the issue and remedy right away. She was feeling better by the time we got home. Thank you all so much!!!

I cannot say enough, nice things about the staff here. I was able to get my boy in within an hour and the staff was incredible. They explained everything they did in detail and were very loving and patient with Murphy. He was in a lot of pain and they took excellent care of him. They also took excellent care of his mother who was very nervous. I’m a traveler here and live out of state to find a place so close to my home that took such good care of my boy made my heart so happy.

Last night was one of the hardest nights of my life, having to make the decision to lay my sweet Pancake to rest. From the second I called UrgentVet, I was met with sympathy, care, and gentleness. The entire staff were so warm and sweet with us and Pancake through the while process. It felt as if the Vet and Techs there were going through our pain with us. I never wanted to be there, but I'm thankful I chose UrgentVet to put my baby to rest. It was calm and easy for my baby. The biggest and warmest thank you to the entire staff, you are doing the hardest job imaginable.

Amanda and Dr. Bridgham were wonderful! My family’s dog got a mystery scrape chasing a squirrel in the yard (my family later discovered the tear in the backyard fence that led to her wound, poor puppy!). Amanda was great at explaining how everything would go and the cost breakdown. Dr. Bridgham was very knowledgeable and observant. They were very helpful when answering each of my questions. I felt like my dog was in good hands and getting the best care possible. Thank you, Amanda and Dr. Bridgham! Maggie is recovering nicely.

The staff was great! Our cat Lily was a difficult case and it as July 4th! The online site was helpful in scheduling. Unfortunately Lily (16) had cancer throughout her body. The staff was very sympathetic and helped us through the process (without pressure) on how to proceed. Prices were very reasonable considering the holiday and amount of testing they had to do. Have confidence in them, they won’t disappoint.

Staff happily took on my late night visit. They were very knowledgeable, super friendly, and also very supportive. I left feeling encouraged and confident in caring for my neonatal kitten. 24 hours later - he is eating well and thriving! Thank you for providing supplies that we could work with urgently! UrgentVet is also affordable, making urgent care for pets more accessible. I can’t thank you enough for your time!

This Urgent Care Vet is AMAZING! I googled “Affordable Vets open on Sundays” and this vet came up first! Our 4 year old Great Pyrenees somehow injured his paw pad a week ago, and, although it’s healing, we needed answers, since it was hurting him, and open. So, I got on their website, reserved a spot, early, and got there right before they opened! The staff is AMAZING and so kind! They truly care! They went over everything multiple times and explained things to us, in detail. Gave us the items needed for his care, and cost was reasonable and affordable. Definitely recommend them!!

I need emergency care for my little dog. I needed help fast! The technician was very kind and caring! The doctor was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. They are such nice people! We are in good shape now! Thank you for taking my anxiety levels from 1000 down to one. These folks are very trustworthy. They explained my options. Hopefully I won’t need them habit if I do, I will take my precious dog straight back to them! Thank you all so much!!
